We are looking for a Neto eCommerce and Marketing guru to join our BBQ team. As a growing business, our team needs someone to take charge of all things Neto and online marketing to help us take the business to the next level.

You will be self-driven, a problem solver, have an eye for detail and be able to juggle many competing work priorities.

Duties will include:

Neto website management; making sure websites are running smoothly, implementing promotions, approving the listing of new products, 3rd party integrations etc

• Proof-reading blog posts and newsletters

• Implementing business growth projects such as customer loyalty programs, subscription models etc.

• Monitoring and tweaking content marketing funnels.

• Review Google Analytics and make recommendations to management based on findings

• Manage Google Adwords

• Manage Facebook ads

• Supporting the rest of the team with website and marketing support.

• Raising purchase orders with suppliers

• Face to face sales in store, at BBQ classes we run in store and at BBQ related festivals/expos

• Recording staff training videos

• Recording product videos

• Backing up sales staff by taking inbound phone calls and assisting customers in store. While customer service is not the primary role, everyone in the company is expected to chip in and take phone calls and serve clients as needed.

What we are looking for:

• Experience in working with Neto

• Experience in working with an automated content marketing system with an understanding how sales funnels work

• Experience in Google Analytics and Google Adwords.

• Great with technology as we are heavily invested in cloud based technology to manage our work

• Organised

• Flexible in assisting the directors as required

• Great with talking to customers

• Not scared of getting your hands dirty!

If you have an interest in outdoor cooking and barbecuing, that will definitely be a bonus. The person we are looking for is someone who enjoys helping our customers, is outcome focused and is willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done. A positive attitude, a strong work ethic and a genuineness to want to make your career as the business grows is essential.

Hours:

Full-time: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm plus 1 Saturday a month 9am - 3pm

There will be times where you will be required to work the stand at 3-4 expos a year, some interstate. Additional hours and flexibility on your part will be required.

Salary:

• $65,000 + superannuation. Remuneration will be commensurate with experience.

Conditions:

• Drivers license and own vehicle required (free onsite parking provided)

• Must be fit and able to assist customers lifting heavy boxes into their vehicles

• The successful applicant will be subject to a probationary period to be reviewed at the end of 3 months

• Late July - Early August 2018

About the company:

• BBQ Spit Rotisseries is an importer, wholesaler and retailer outdoor cooking equipment including spit roasters, pizza ovens, smokers and related accessories.

• We are a small team of 9 operating over 3 locations. Everyone is expected to chip in and do a bit of everything and when there is a shipment arriving, it is certainly all hands on deck helping unload.

• We aren't uptight and corporate. We dress comfortably, have regular BBQ lunches and have fun at work.
