Job Description;

This job is mixture between managing the team and leading strategy for our major clients with the successful candidate running campaigns across a number of channels including;

  • Paid Search – Google / Bing
  • Display & Remarketing – GDN / DataXu / Criteo / AdRoll
  • Paid Social – LinkedIn / Facebook / Instagram / Reddit

Main Tasks;

  • Motivate others through personal influence, enthusiasm, and energy
  • Take ownership for behaviour and display integrity
  • Ensure spend and CPA / ROI targets are met
  • Manage overall digital strategy of client campaigns
  • Build strong relationships with clients through regular correspondence and meetings.
  • Devise and implement campaign strategies, utilising the team to ensure success.
  • Manage workflow to ensure deadlines are met and executed accurately.
  • Ensure reports are 100% accurate and include detailed findings and insight

Desired Skills and Expertise;

  • Degree in a business, science or statistics related discipline e.g. Maths, Economics, Econometrics, Computer Science, Management Science or IDM Diploma or other commercial focused qualifications.

Relevant Industry qualifications:

  • Google Certified for Fundamental Search & Advanced Search
  • Bing Ads Accredited
  • Google Analytics Qualified

Experience

  • 1- 5 years' experience working in paid search marketing
  • Can be Manager or Assistant level
  • Working on large campaigns within a recognised agency or client
  • Managing complex campaigns in highly competitive markets
