Lotus Dining is in Search of a Marketing Manager 

Lotus Dining has seven restaurants, open seven days for lunch and dinner and is in search of a Marketing Manager to join our team. 

Our optimum candidate would be responsible for developing, implementing and executing fully integrated, strategic marketing plans for entire group to attract potential customers and retain existing ones.

You would be expected to manage and coordinate marketing and creative staff, lead market research efforts to uncover the viability of current and existing products/services, liaise with media organisations and advertising agencies.

You would work directly with the directors to determine budgets and targets, develop pricing strategies for products and services. Report to Managing Director and ultimate responsibility for profitability and results.  

Our Ideal candidate would have;

·         Intimate understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels

·         Extraordinary communication skills, an business and marketing leadership proficiency.

·         Ability to think creatively and innovatively

·         Budget-management skills and proficiency

·         Professional judgment and discretion that comes from years of experience in the field

·         Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges

·         Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic design, web design, production, etc.

The Responsibilities of the Role;

·         Managing all marketing for the company and activities within the marketing department.

·         Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives.

·         Co-ordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities in compliance with the budget

·         Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans.

·         Planning and implementing promotional campaigns.

·         Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results.

·         Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity

·         Preparing online and print marketing campaigns.

·         Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications.

·         Creating a wide range of different marketing materials.

·         Working closely with design agencies and assisting with new product launches.

·         Maintain effective internal communications to ensure all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.

·         Analysing potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing.

·         Undertake continuous analysis of competitive environment and consumer trends

Client Retention:

• Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships.
• Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs

Business Planning and Forecasting:

• Present to and consult management on business trends with a view to developing marketing channels while staying on trend
• Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
• Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.

Management and Research:

• Submit weekly progress reports and ensure data is accurate.
• Forecast and meet sales targets
