Our client is a network of associations that have a common goal to deliver a future where Australia is recognised globally as a leader in data-enabled, business, commerce and innovation and they are looking for a part-time Marketing Coordinator to help their busy team out!
  
THE ROLE:
  
The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for developing, implementing and managing the delivery of marketing campaigns and communications material in collaboration with the rest of the team.  The main responsibilities include:
  • Develop the marketing strategy and marketing campaign plan for the Annual Awards ceremony with the objective to deliver superior customer experiences and commercial success
  • Responsible for leading the campaign execution across award submission and gala night ticket sales
  • Lead the development and adaptation of campaign creative with support of external and in-house designers
  • Implement and coordinate all event-related activations across owned, earned and paid media channels including, but not limited to telemarketing, direct response channels and Email marketing
  • Manage external suppliers, agencies and designers as required
  • Liaise closely with the in-house Marketing, Events, Technology and Commercial Team to ensure business targets are met
  • Accountable for reporting, analysis and development of recommendations for future consideration  
YOU:
  • The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications, a degree in Marketing or Business preferred and a minimum of 2 years experience in a marketing support role
  • Experience in marketing events to businesses
  • Creative agency and industry knowledge preferred
  • Knowledge of marketing channels and best practices with emphasis on telemarketing and digital channels
  • Digital marketing experience with an emphasis on email
  • You will need strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills, attention to detail and proofreading skills and sound coordination, administration and organisational skills
