THE OPPORTUNITY

The Engineering Institute of Technology (EIT) is a Perth based international engineering training company.

We are looking for a dynamic, confident, motivated and enthusiastic team member to join our  team as Marketing Manager based at our West Perth office.  

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving marketing for EIT whilst leading a team of international Course Advisors and Marketing Coordinators. This role is very hands on, and as such you will be required to demonstrate a sound knowledge of marketing techniques.

EIT is an exciting and constantly evolving organisation and the successful candidate must be willing to 'jump in' and help where required. 

Your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Managing the marketing and sales teams within EIT
• Driving marketing strategy and implementing all marketing activity
• CRM Development & optimisation
• Developing new marketing strategies
• Ensuring consistent application of the EIT brand
• Undertaking regular market research on customers, competitors and industries
• Implementing marketing strategies including print campaigns, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, mobile and social media advertising
• Building and maintaining our social media presence to drive customer engagement
• Undertaking all stages of production of EIT's marketing material including web pages, e-newsletters, course flyers and mail outs
• Measuring and reporting on the performance of all marketing activities, and assessing against KPI's.

WHO YOU ARE

• A marketing professional with a high energy success-based approach in a B2C environment
• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Someone with proven experience in sales performance assessment, and targeted individual sales coaching / call coaching
• A Manager who can  who can motivate their teams to achieve their targets
• An exceptional communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills who has the capability to build rapport across all levels of the business

Your ability to prioritise tasks whilst having a flexible and adaptable approach to them will help you success in this role.

You should be a proficient user of Microsoft Office programs and be able to learn new software applications quickly and easily. Experience of CRM systems and CMS platforms would be advantageous.

Ideally you will have experience in a similar role.

Essential Criteria:          

• Be degree qualified in a relevant area or have equivalent work experience.
• Have a minimum of 1.5 year work experience in a similar leadership position.
• Have flexible, can-do attitude.
• Be a proficient user of Microsoft Office programs.
