Director - Client Service - Food Services $120K-$130K Base + Super

- Present to CMO's and marketing directors - very senior exposure
Join a leading global market research and intelligence consultancy that operates in numerous specialist markets. This role sits within their food service business and you will be providing data and insights to some of the world's largest food companies on their marketing activities.
Operating from multiple offices worldwide, their client service team provides insights and recommendations to their clients to help them to understand consumer market trends and opportunities and as a result build successful marketing and brand strategies.
About the role:
- Manage relationships with numerous large global clients in the food sector
- Build relationships with client contacts to develop strategic business insights regarding the clients’ most important business issues/needs,
- In-depth analysis and writing and delivering presentations to senior management within clients' companies
- Take the time to understand the big picture in clients' businesses, and proactively identifies opportunities to apply research to key issues.
- Process/project management - extracting and cleaning data and ensuring there are no flaws in the data sets
- Drive revenue within existing client accounts to ensure continued growth
Person Requirements:
- Circa 6+ years' Market Research experience including client facing & account management
- Strong data analysis skills
- Curious and able to provide actionable insights beyond just presenting the numbers/results
- Engaging and confident presenter to senior audiences
- Commercially oriented - not afraid of working towards revenue KPI's
- Industry sector knowledge NOT important
