What you’ll be doing

As our Affiliate & Media Buying Associate within the Paid Growth team at Envato, you’ll work closely with our Partnership Manager and Affiliates Associates to seek out media buying opportunities. You will take part in planning and measuring media buying campaigns, supporting business goals such as new customer acquisition and increasing user retention.

You’ll be responsible for Identifying, contacting and onboarding potential partners (traffic sources), booking individual advertising spots directly or via third party tools and reporting and managing pre-approved campaign budgets & ROI. Your ability to keep stakeholders updated throughout the campaign’s lifetime is crucial to this role as well as analysing campaign effectiveness and using this data to inform decisions regarding future campaigns.

Working with our external partners is a big part of your role, you’ll be liaising, building and maintaining these relationships and negotiating with potential partners to obtain the most appropriate media spaces and optimize our performance.
 

What we’re looking for

• Demonstrated experience with affiliates & media buying, preferably for an online company
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent business judgment and strategic thinking
• High proficiency with Microsoft Excel - a plus
• Ability to build effective relationships with individuals across all levels of the organisation
• Strong demonstrated alignment to Envato’s values
