About the Company
PVH Brands Australia is a joint venture between PVH Corp. and Gazal Corporation Limited. The joint venture is to establish a unified approach for developing and expanding its global and locally-owned/licensed apparel brands in the region, including Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger, Van Heusen, Pierre Cardin, Nancy Ganz, Spanx, HoldmeTight and Bracks.
About the Role
Deliver direct customer communication to our VIP and retail customer database across the different brands, channels, products and geographies for Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger, Heritage Brands including Van Heusen, Pierre Cardin and corporate. Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, and working collaboratively as part of the digital team, you will coordinate all email marketing, social media marketing and digital advertising, support ongoing and new digital marketing campaigns, brand campaign launches and website updates for your relevant brands. You will deliver best practice digital campaigns by measuring and reporting on the metrics for EDM's outlining the successes and implementing improvements.
To be successful in this role, you will have superior attention to detail and value accuracy, be process driven and task oriented and able to work to and deliver on tight deadlines. You will be flexible, quick thinking and willing to move quickly in the fast paced environment of apparel retailing.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Coordinate, plan, execute and launch all CRM campaigns via Salesforce (EDM, SMS) including copywriting and briefing
- Measure and report on ROI and KPI's for delivery and effectiveness of campaigns. Report on metrics including click through, open rate, revenue, subscriptions and bounce back.
- Recommend and implement acquisition and re-engagement strategies to the Marketing team including our VIP activity.
- Execute all content and creative across your specific social platforms, interacting with the social community and ensuring content is aligned to brand guidelines.
- Liaise and build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders including IT, Brand & Marketing Managers, Retail, Regional teams and external agencies
Skills/Experience
- Demonstrated experience with an apparel and/or retail brand with a proven ability to copywrite and effectively manage email marketing and social media.
- Prior experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Exact Target.
- Proficient with HTML, Google Analytics, Photoshop and MS Office.
- Previous experience with social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat and Youtube etc.
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Journalism or Communications preferred.
- Working knowledge and exposure to SEO & SEM marketing tactics.
