About the role:
- Assist in developing, executing and optimising highly relevant direct marketing campaigns for new cornerstone loyalty partnerships
- You will be responsible for assisting and maintaining joint marketing plans
- Deliver strong financial returns for the business and partners whilst providing value to members
- Deliver direct and digital marketing (familiar with new innovative technologies)
- Produce personalised content and engage members in their most relevant channels
- Assist the manager to deal with data and leverage it to drive campaign performance
- Create the right message for customers through communication and creative strategy
- Partner with agencies and key stakeholders across the business

To be successful in this role you'll need:
- 4+ years' experience in Direct/Digital Marketing, Direct Response, CRM, or Data Driven Marketing roles
- Demonstrable experience in managing highly successful multi-channel direct marketing campaigns
- Experience with leading digital marketing platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Marketing Cloud, Marketo etc
- Experience in loyalty lifecycle management, with proven ability to impact customer value
- Experience in executing campaigns across ATL and BTL
- Tertiary qualified in relevant discipline (Business/Commerce/Marketing)
