About the business

We are a reputable Australian fashion company owns, designs and produces three womens fashion labels. Currently running the head office out of Sydney, Australia, our product spans worldwide with showrooms and stockists in Australia, New Zealand, the USA, and Singapore.

About the role

This is a 1-2 days per week position:

• chase PR leads and maintain close relationship with all PR agencies and personnel
• email, call, visit all potential clients on the list as often as required
• writing content and media materials, and pitching to the media
• researching media angles and generating proactive content ideas for the brands
• taking colleagues' briefs and acting on them confidently and professionally
• Website copywriting
• Digital marketing copy
• Public strategy and campaigns
• Responding to media enquiries
• Identifying promotional opportunities
• Other tasks and ad hoc projects

Skills and experience

• passionate about writing
• hungry to learn and develop your PR skills

• you can combine your creative copywriting with public relations experience
• you can produce content and messaging to engage with the right target market while fitting the channel where it is being delivered
• you can create content that is consistent with brand standards
• you have excellent communication and relationship management skills
