Building our Talent

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and enthusiastic Events & Administration Coordinator who will utilise their strong interpersonal and organisational skills in a head office based role.  The role will support the Construction team with sourcing, converting and managing all aspects of Multiplex conferences, events and functions.  

Key Accountabilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • End to end coordination of internal and external events (up to 500 attendees!)
  • Seeking corporate sponsorship
  • Stakeholder management
  • General Administration
    • Maintain business expenses using ‘Spendvision' system
    • Domestic and international travel accommodation
    • Assisting with Reception cover as required
    • Typing of correspondence, reports, agendas
    • Arranging meetings and appointments, including room bookings

This role will suit an organised, detailed oriented candidate with the following experience:

  • 3+ years' experience managing large scale events
  • Solid analytical & problem solving skills
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills
  • Able to work with others to ensure team effectiveness
  • The ability to work consistently, quickly and accurately under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Office Suite
