About the role
As the Product Marketing Manager for the key portfolio of Home and Garden, this role is responsible for the complete end to end management of the products within its remit along with all associated marketing activity for both the local Australian market and other global territories. You will have a strong background in initiating customer research and utilising customer insights to inform product development, building the business case to engage internal resources to move to product testing / prototyping and will be able to influence key internal stakeholders. Not only will you have responsibility for the new product development, but you will also initiate and manage the go to market strategies to drive consumer awareness and consideration. Your marketing expertise will drive this category to new heights, retaining the existing customer base and building out new customer segments through innovation and meeting changing customer needs across the world.
Skills and Experience
You are a degree qualified dynamic marketer with experience across the manufacturing / industrial / hardware landscape. You have demonstrated skills in both the B2C and B2B spheres and put the customer at the centre of what you do. Your marketing experience has seen you grow new and existing categories, develop innovative propositions and take it to market. With a proven track record in the complete product management cycle, you have an eye for market trends and insights and a methodical nature to bring it to life.
