A newly created opportunity exists for an individual with highly engaging customer service approach, sales skills and relationship focused experience join our team as the Community Activations Executive. Reporting to the Business Activations Manager, you will work closely with the store network to maintain and build new relationships with local schools, health professionals and sporting associations. 

 

The responsibilities of this role will include:

  • Building relationships with key customers and stakeholders within the local community including schools, clubs, exhibitions and Health care professionals to build brand awareness.
  • Partner with Local Area and Store managers to plan, manage and execute Community Activations.
  • Project Management of in store Health Professional events
  • Building social content to support activations and liaising with the head office marketing team on marketing collateral for national programs relevant for local marketing programs as per the approved marketing calendar
  • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures for activations to deliver best in class
  • Content development collaboration for any community activations national support
  • Managing the School contact and information database, including history of annual sales and donations
  • Administration and Reporting of marketing promotions analysis, running reports from the database, collating and manipulating data using Excel and Power Point
  • In store operational understanding with face to face customer contact.

 

To be considered for this opportunity, you must have the following:

  • Sales/ Customer relationship experience
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Self-motivation and driven by goals
  • Excellent organisational/time management skills
  • The ability to develop rapport with a diverse range of people, both on an individual and group setting 
  • A strong focus on reporting to ensure activities are effective
  • Experience in marketing or an interest in this field would be highly regarded
  • Your own vehicle
  • Availability in January and weekend and after hours work required based on activations
  • Experience in the retail industry and in footwear would be highly regarded
