Pacific Magazines, a subsidiary of Seven West Media, is an innovative and exciting media company with a portfolio of popular brands including; Men’s Health, Women’s Health, Better Homes and Gardens, Marie Claire and WHO. We are currently looking for a junior marketing operations analyst within our Subscriptions, direct to consumer team

Based in Eveleigh, reporting to the Head of Direct Marketing, the successful candidate will be responsible for reporting, analysis and data selections to help drive our subscriptions business plus operational tasks to ensure the smooth running of our marketing team including vendor coordination and schedule creation and management. We are looking for someone who is highly numerate, loves numbers and with great attention to detail. This is a fantastic opportunity with a leading media organisation and would suit a graduate or candidates with up to three years’ experience.

We are looking for someone with:

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to organise, plan and structure workload
• Solid numerical skills and a thorough knowledge of MS Excel and Business Objects
• Experience in working with data selection tools
• Relevant tertiary qualification with ideally 2 years of relevant marketing and/or reporting experience
• MicroStrategy experience will be highly regarded
• An ability to use own initiative and to work both autonomously and as part of a team
• An excellent communicator and extremely organised

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Marketing reporting for our subscriptions business by product, offer and campaign
• Maintain and develop marketing reporting and BI
• Run data selections for marketing campaigns
• Liaise with various stakeholders to ensure positive outcomes
• Develop, maintain & implement business rules, vendor briefs & key processes
• Create & maintain multiple schedules
• Reconcile, allocate & forecast fulfilment expenses monthly & update forecasts
• Process dept. invoices into financial systems
• Work closely with marketing, fulfilment, warehouse & customer service teams
• Monthly invoicing/billing for various third-party clients
• Provide marketing operations support and general admin as required
