Sandwich Chefs is a growing QSR franchise with many multi-store franchisees. We now require a full time National Marketing Manager to develop and implement marketing strategy to achieve overall business growth and brand presence

We are looking for a self-motivated and confident person with high level inter-personal skills and a clear history of national marketing in retail food.

Marketing:

  1. Progress and implement the marketing strategy in-line with the overall business objectives;
  2. Identify and implement opportunities to build brand awareness and generate sales;
  3. Develop and manage the Marketing budge r
  4. Grow and protect the brand with customer centric focus, including overseeing customer service directly and through social platforms;
  5. Oversee all brand platforms and promotional material from ATL to POS, Local Area Marketing material and maintaining internal platforms including regular updates to website and social media content;
  6. Manage all internal communications including updates to franchisees and other departments
  7. Drive store level Local Area Marketing (L.A.M) participation including assisting development of store marketing programs, managing network print content, building community programs, encouraging customer direct marketing which may include managing letterbox drops, sponsorships, holiday programs and new store openings;
  8. Manage optimal Visual Merchandising and planograms to assist sales growth and support centre marketing options which includes which includes managing design delivery;
  9. Drive continuous review and improvement with the product range including driving product innovation for both brands including setting RRP;
  10. Assist with management of CSR development and sponsorship partners;
  11. Manage sponsorship partnerships such as Melbourne United Basketball Team;
  12. Support Franchise Development and Recruitment;
  13. Lead, manage and recruit the Marketing team including 1 direct report;
  14. Develop and maintain strong relationships with external suppliers.

Key Performance Indicators:

  1. Store on Store growth 4% (annual)
  2. Drinks/ Transactions ratio > 40% (annual)
  3. Provide in store Promotional material to stores 
  4. Deliver to the Marketing Budget.
