As our copywriter you will get exposure to the Group’s revolutionary, neuroscientific approach to business strategy, customer insights, marketing, UX, copywriting through to internal recruiting and training of our people.

What Your Day-to-Day Might Look Like:

• Research and prepare written content for products, categories, brands and information pages on the Appliances Online website, liaising with all relevant stakeholders.
• Copy-edit existing content on the Appliances Online website, ensuring all content is relevant and factual.
• Research and write engaging, informative blog posts relevant to the appliances industry.
• Proofread copy prepared by other copywriters in the Marketing team.
• Identify opportunities to improve the Appliances Online website through new content, refining existing content or improving how content is displayed and integrated into the buying cycle.
• Prepare scripts and content for radio and video advertising.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions, and contribute ideas towards new marketing campaigns.

Key Skills & Experience

• Very strong writing, grammar and proofreading skills.
• Ability to prepare content for multiple mediums and purposes.
• Research skills.
• Understanding of basic online marketing concepts and the role that copywriting plays in these, including conversion optimisation and SEO.
• Ability to use Google Analytics.
• Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS) and a rudimentary understanding of HTML
