Full Description

This is an all rounder Administration position based in West Ryde. You will be responsible for providing admin support to the Sales and Marketing team of a world leading Pharmaceutical company. You will thrive in a fast paced environment, but in return you will have a very varied role with the opportunity to work with a great team. Most importantly, you will be supported by the Executive Assistant for the team who will guide and mentor you.

I am looking for someone with 2 years or more administration experience. Someone with high attention to detail and a passion for animal health would be advantageous, but ultimately we are looking for a great team player who is looking for a long term role in an already successful company that is continuing to grow. This is a 13 month contract with a possibility to go permanent.

In this role you will be:

  • Providing admin support to the Sales & Marketing Team
  • Ordering business cards
  • Coordination of travel arrangements
  • Assisting with preparations for various customer communications and meetings
  • Answering phone calls and opening the front door to visitors
  • Maintaining Excel Spreadsheets
  • Sending invoices
  • Accurate data entry

Ideally you will have:

  • 2 years of more admin experience
  • Attention to detail
  • Good Excel and database knowledge
  • Good communication
  • The ability to follow up with people who have set you tasks
