PACCAR Parts, a division of PACCAR Australia Pty. Ltd. is a wholesale truck parts distributor.  As well as supporting Kenworth and DAF brands, PACCAR Parts also distributes a comprehensive range of all makes truck and trailer parts and accessories via an extensive dealer network across Australia, New Zealand and Papua New Guinea.

An exciting opportunity is now available for an Aftermarket Engineering Product Manager, who will take charge on leading the product and business development of Proprietary and PACCAR Genuine content for PACCAR Parts.

Working closely with Engineering, Product Marketing, Materials and Sales and Marketing you will be responsible for:

• Increasing Proprietary and PACCAR Genuine share of business
• Pricing and Margin management on proprietary and PACGEN products
• Relevant Supplier management
• The development and maintenance of Product related training for PACCAR Parts and Dealer staff

To be successful in this role you will have a background in product marketing or category management most likely gained in automotive or heavy vehicle parts and accessories, or industrial sectors.  Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Business, Marketing or a related field, and previous knowledge and experience in the heavy vehicle market is highly desirable. The successful candidate will be a dynamic self-starter who is highly organized, has excellent communication, numeracy and computer skills, as well as a high degree of business acumen.
