The Role
The Social Media Officer is responsible for reaching out to the Community, engaging key stakeholder groups, including parents, teachers and students. This is a great opportunity to be a part of a growing, and important communication channel for the Department.
Main Responsibilities
- Create engaging conversations across all social media channels.
- Monitor responses across social media channels.
- Manage social media issues via social listening tools.
- Create relevant reporting to keep stakeholders informed of developments.
- Develop high quality content
Main Requirements
- 3-5 years' experience in digital marketing.
- Track record using digital analytics tools
- Strong understanding of popular social media networks
- Expertise engaging social media communities
- Experience creating community insights.
