Brand new role based at our State Head Quarters in Corrimal!  

 

We are proud to be one of Australia's largest children's service providers. We play an important role in the lives of thousands of children and families through a network of 27 Community Preschools, 15 Fun Clubs and a portfolio of community and inclusion programs across Australia.

The Customer Engagement and Campaign Specialist is responsible for the effective enquiry management and prospect conversion of inbound leads generated from marketing activities. The role ensures that consumers making enquiries about our services, as well as new clients, feel valued and that our values and purpose drive everything we do. The role will work closely with the Centre Directors, the Fee Management Team and with Marketing.

Selection Criteria for the Customer Engagement and Campaign Specialist you will need to address the following criteria:  

  • Experience in a call-centre setting servicing clients and selling to prospective clients
  • Professional call-handling/call management techniques
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Customer empathy
  • Managing multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • A cleared Working with Children Check.
