About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing Department at our NSW Head Office.

Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, the focus of the role is to efficiently define and execute a digital marketing and social media strategy across all Target Markets with the clear aim to increase brand awareness.

Utilise your digital marketing skills to improve Sika’s web presence, create online marketing campaigns, and build a clear digital footprint to showcase Sika products and services.

Duties

• Assisting the Marketing Manager in defining and implementing a yearly digital marketing and social media strategy across all Target Markets
• Defining and executing digital marketing and social media campaigns including all online promotional activities
• Building and managing the company’s social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and additional channels that may be deemed relevant
• Creating shareable and relevant content for our different customer groups and according to specific networks (including blog posts, internal and external newsletters, webinars, infographics etc.).
• Planning, implementation and ongoing maintenance of both the Corporate website and introduction of the new intranet
• Developing and implementing mobile platforms and apps for our different customer groups
• Manage video content

Skills & Experience

To be successful within this role, you will have:

• Tertiary qualifications in Business / Marketing / Communications or related discipline
• Minimum 2 years experience within digital marketing
• Computer proficient with Adobe Design Suite CS5
• Ability to define suitable digital marketing initiatives with the aim to leverage the brand of the company
• Excellent copywriting skills and have the ability to rework technical content to suit target audience
• Ability to take ownership of a project and strong execution skills
• Self-motivated, confident, energetic and creative
• Ability to work in a team
