The main roles and responsibilities for this position include:
- Collaborate with the Owner and General Manager to create strategic promotional partnerships strategies
- Deliver program objectives and strategies to enhance venue capacity, sales, marketing awareness and grow active share
- Build and nurture relevant network of partner contacts
- Develop and manage local consumer-facing event strategies
You’ll Need
We would love to talk with candidates who have a fantastic eye for detail and proven experience in creating a successful business from your commercial mind but are looking to find the right environment in which you can grow and thrive. You will also be able to demonstrate experience by having:
- Minimum of 5-8 years marketing experience with demonstrated sponsorship negotiation/management skills
- Strong analytical skills, with an understanding of business drivers, sector and trends and competitive landscape impact marketing and strategies
- A persuasive communicator and team leader who can positively and productively influence and engage will all people.
- Ability to operate as an effective tactical and strategic thinker.
- Strong negotiation skills.
