About the role

We are looking for an experience Customer Marketing Manager, who will report to the Head of Customer Communications leads a team of two direct reports and is responsible for delivering Foxtel Campaign Comms to our existing customer base through digital channels.

You’ll have a strong customer marketing background with a proven record for delivering innovative campaigns, customer solutions and building genuine one-to-one relationships through truly customer focused comms. An approach that embraces testing, learning and continual optimisation is essential.

You won’t be afraid to try new things, you’ll learn fast and be highly collaborative. You’ll be proactive, thirsty for knowledge and a great problem solver as well as being extremely personable with the ability to quickly develop relationships with stakeholders from a diverse range of departments so you can effectively manage and deliver work – on time and budget.

Your purpose

  • Demonstrating a passion for our content, building awesome creative and designing great customer journeys.  This includes; Create engaging, responsive digital marketing campaigns utilising digital channels including email, SMS, push notifications, display and social using data and segmentation to drive tailored one to one communications, build seamless end to end customer journeys to drive optimised customer and business outcomes
  • Customer comms cover several Foxtel products which each require distinct strategies to drive different behaviours and customer journeys
  • Manager of two team members
  • Responsible for driving what we promote, when we promote it and to who
  • Detailed approach to streamlining processes, efficient management of timelines and budgets
  • Driving an ongoing test and learn through comms for continuous improvement and optimisation
  • Manage multiple external partners (including advertising agencies) and internal stakeholders to deliver campaigns and customer solutions
  • Identify test and learn opportunities and conduct post campaign reporting for all campaigns
  • Design proactive strategies to achieve the team objectives Build strong and collaborative relationships with Marketing and Customer Experience peers
  • Accurate budget management 

 

Your capability

  • 8+ years’ experience in a Customer focused Marketing role
  • Tertiary level qualification in a Marketing or Communications degree preferred
  • Email platform-marketing experience: Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or any other marketing automation platform) knowledge a plus
  • Experience leading people and building a high performing, motivated team
  • Experience of managing fully integrated, multi-channel campaigns with substantial budgets and commercial targets
  • Proven track record of delivering creative solutions and campaigns
  • Proactive operator who never stops challenging and improving on their own benchmarks
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and project management skills is a must
  • Disciplined, strategic thinker focused on innovation with an interest and aptitude for emerging technologies
  • Highly analytical – able to use data to design, track, report and optimise sophisticated test and learn campaigns plans
  • Ability to interpret and challenge research and analysis
