Our client, based in the heart of the CBD is seeking a Project Communications professional to come on board for a 2 - 3 month contract. You would be part of a fast paced team to manage the delivery of high level communications projects playing a pivotal part across the business and would be reporting the Senior Manager, Communications and Events.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Project management of communications within the division - ensuring all are completed on time and on budget
- Responsible for the development of collateral for both the Development and Engagement teams in the Division. This collateral includes impact reports and proposals.
- Liaison with freelance writers and graphic designers, and printers ensuring briefs are actioned efficiently and effectively
- Liaison with key stakeholders across the Division to ensure briefs are completed accurately
- Organisation and processing of quotes and payments to third party suppliers.
- Responsible for regular updates to the Communications Project Schedule/project tracker
SELECTION CRITERIA
- Experience working in an agency environment - ideally as Account Manager or Senior Account Manager
- Must have demonstrated experience and be comfortable working with senior stakeholders from across the organisation
- Must have demonstrated experience of managing end to end projects (from brief through to final delivered materials)
- Must be comfortable working to tight timelines and be cool under pressure
- Would suit a candidate with an interest in social responsibility.
