As a self-motivated individual with experience both managing and extracting insights from Salesforce, you will be a key part of our business strategy from a sales and customer perspective.
What you'll be doing
- Day to day management of our Salesforce implementation, including administration, release updates and user access
- Developing, running and presenting reporting to provide insights to our sales team and leadership around how our activity converts into volume, retention and penetration.
- Maintaining detailed documentation around activity
- Work with the business and Salesforce to develop and implement enhancements to make the system as useful as it can be
Skills & Experience Required
- Proven Salesforce skills with 5+ years’ experience;
- Commercial excellence and salesforce effectiveness experience;
- Intermediate to advanced Excel to macro
- Customer centric – understanding customer requirements is key in our business;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential;
- Innovative – the ability to develop innovative solutions to meet customer needs internally and externally;
- Organised – this is a busy role and you'll know how to manage your deadlines; and
- Collaboration – you will appreciate working in a team and the wider business. Here at Custom Fleet we all pull together.
Desired Experience
- Fleet industry knowledge
- Analytics skills – experience in SQL, VBA, SAS, Business Objects, or similar;
- Tertiary degree in a numerate or commercial discipline
- Knowledge of auto and industry trends / events / opportunities
- Asset Finance / Fleet industry knowledge
- Knowledge of Fleet operating systems (BynxFleet)
