Do you want to join Australia’s fastest-growing musical instrument sales team? We are looking for an experienced Social Media / Digital Marketing specialist to join our Marketing team in Canberra!

Reporting to the Digital Manager, you will be responsible for implementing & innovating the digital strategy of Better Music.

You will be accountable for growing our social audiences, driving engagement, and ultimately building awareness & market share. You'll be developing and maintaining the master editorial content calendar for all social channels. You will also manage social integration with cross-channel campaigns, in addition to overseeing community management & moderation. Analytics & reporting are a fundamental part of the role.

The role requires a combination of strategic thinking, analytical, creative, & communication skills. A successful candidate will be a highly organised self-starter with a broad understanding of the web and web technology.

To be successful in this role, the following is advantageous;

• Experience working within the social, search, digital media, or agency space
• Experience running successful ad campaigns on a mix of the following channels: Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat, AdWords
• An analytical & investigative approach to problem-solving
• Ability to translate marketing strategy into smart digital tactics
• Being open to innovating and changing workflow and management processes
• SEO, graphic design and/or video production experience

Salary is negotiable and dependent on experience.
