We have a unique and exciting opportunity for a confident marketing analyst and CRM specialist to join our wonderful Miele for Life team!

Reporting to the Customer Engagement Manager, this integral role will be responsible for leveraging data to make campaign targeting recommendations, analyse campaign performance and deliver actionable customer and product insights to aid decision making.

Responsibilities include:

• Campaign targeting and production
  • Implement campaign targeting & testing recommendations to ensure continual improvement
  • Timely and accurate despatch of campaign mail files.
  • Develop campaign efficiencies by automating regular tasks
• Pre & Post campaign analysis, reporting and recommendations
  • Create and maintain campaign results summaries, comparing the relative performance of campaigns over time and highlighting important observations.
  • Work with the CEM to identify revenue generating opportunities across the database and digital platforms.
• Regular data analysis, insight generation and reporting
  • Develop and maintain a regular dissemination of database insights
  • Leverage available data assets to develop segmentations, profiles and statistical models to aid decision making, with a focus on actionable insights
• The Customer and Prospect Database
  • Support the maintenance & development of the Miele (Marketing) Customer database, including all data feeds (e.g. Miele ERP, member website and email platform)

Standout candidate will have:

• A proactive & collaborative attitude
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a analytics role, preferably with a marketing focus
• Excellent working knowledge of the major data mining and analytical tools including SQL and SAS, as well as an experienced MS Excel user
• Knowledge and experience with reporting and data visualisation tools such as SAP business Objects or Tableau considered favourably
• Ability to work autonomously as the subject matter expert
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Relevant Tertiary qualification
