About the role
With significant growth experienced in recent years, we need a Digital Marketing Campaign Specialist who will be the frontier in our continued success.
As part of a newly formed Growth Marketing team within the Chief Marketing Office, you will be responsible for the management and performance of Stratton’s digital campaign performance and investment. If you’ve had experience across digital media and marketing landscape and have worked in a high performing financial services or e-commerce team, we want to hear from you!
Your mission and duties? Increase customer performance, conversion and engagement by:
- Manage the marketing lead forecasting and reporting processes, engaging and consulting with internal stakeholders to implement and manage a forecasting model that is embraced as a critical business tool;
- Deliver email and paid media campaigns/communications to identified customer segments with a view to understand customer behaviour & identify marketing optimisation opportunities;
- Account management & strategy implementation of our SEM and carsales partnerships, as well as collaborating with the Product team on new customer experience opportunities with carsales;
- Manage ongoing marketing campaign analysis & ROI reporting – both on new and existing channels, utilising Google Analytics, Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or similar) and other identified tools.
How will you know this is the right career move for you?
- You are qualified with a Bachelor of Marketing/Commerce (desirable)
- You have 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- You love data and the insights they drive. You understand the approach to reporting methodologies to drive insights and opportunities
- You want the opportunity to be extremely creative in your approach to work
- You are technically savvy, with experience using SEO/ SEM reporting platforms, Marketing Cloud software and Google Analytics just to name a few!
