Our client

The role

This newly created role is a strategic brand management role responsible for nurturing a new organisational brand and growing brand recognition nationally. You will take ownership of the brand strategy and also be involved in implementation. You will build the profile of the brand and nurture brand health, using market research and segmentation to better understand what the community recognises the brand to be. You will work closely with the marketing team to ensure campaigns are aligned with the strategic plan.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Experience developing and delivering a new brand (or rebrand) to market
• A background in health or services based organisations where brand has needed refreshing
• The ability to manage and influence a wide range of stakeholders
• An analytical and creative mindset, able to read the research and adapt it to innovation
• Extensive experience nurturing brands, preferably on a national scale
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
