About the Role

Reporting to the Digital Marketing Services Manager, this role will focus primarily on digital marketing activities such as web, eDM, campaigns, and analytics, to reflect the increasing demand for such skills across the business.  Ultimately you will be key to helping Ai Group attain the highest levels of member and customer satisfaction.  You will be required to:

• Coordinate regular updates of website content
• Creation and distribution of highly effective email marketing campaigns (eDM)
• Provision of reporting and analytics support relating to digital campaigns.
• Coordinate marketing support requests and communications calendar
• Assist with planning and production of digital media (online video/audio)

You will work with the marketing team on the planning, administration, information management and reporting required for marketing campaigns and other BAU tasks.

This role will suit someone with an eye for detail, a determination to be accurate, a logical approach to problem solving.

• Tertiary qualification in marketing and/or minimum 1-2 years' experience in similar role
• Ability to manage time and work to deadlines, Flawless communications skills
• Solid experience working across a wide range of digital projects including the following: CRM / EDM/ campaigns / CMS management and more
• Experience using Google Analytics to create reports of online activity
• Applicants with experience working in HTML and competent Adobe Creative Cloud skills (especially Photoshop & Dreamweaver) will be highly regarded
• Strong organisational skills and ability to work independently and as a member of a small team
• Strong team work ethos and ability to develop rapport with stakeholders
