Phoenix Tapware is an international award-winning company and one of Australia's leading suppliers of high quality kitchen, bathroom and plumbing products. We are searching for a talented Brand Manager who is process driven and highly organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to implement innovative marketing strategies and create strong brand awareness through a solid understanding of the industry.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will be required to drive the Marketing Plan and implement the defined strategies to facilitate our focus of increasing our brand awareness. You will develop and maintain effective communications and working relationships internally and externally.

Your role will include but not be limited to:

  • Planning, budgeting and implementing the advertising strategy, across all channels, in line with the overall Marketing Budget
  • Assist with the development and implementation of marketing strategies and advertising proposals.
  • Project plan, budget and drive and execute product launches
  • Preparing and executing internal and external communications
  • Assess and manage collaborations/sponsorship opportunities 
  • Oversee and drive strategy for digital assets; Website, eNewsletters, Social Media, Google Display Network
  • Manage key marketing tools to ensure messaging is on brand
  • Manage key relationships with media and third-party agencies.
  • Manage the head office showroom displays
  • Event management of trade show exhibitor sponsorships and other company events.
  • Assist with developing product training tools
  • Instrumental with market research projects
  • Provide general support to the sales team as required.

The successful applicant will be tertiary qualified in a related field with 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role with excellent time management skills. You will be a multitasker, adaptable and passionate about all things marketing, with a keen desire to learn new things. A proactive approach to self-learning, excellent MS Office skills, and an interest and ability to understand and interpret google analytics.
