Description

  • Drive the development of 1-5 year brand strategy in line with overall local and global business strategy
  • Responsible for the delivery of performance in line with Brand P&L metrics, sales targets and market share ambitions
  • Actively align to Global brand strategy & direction
  • Ensure full brand custodian - message control and consistency and brand alignment with key stakeholders
  • Uncover key issues and opportunities using superior consumer insights & category understanding
  • Lead renovation and disruptive innovation process and identify 1-5 year pipeline through advanced use of consumer insights
  • Develop and deploy effective initiatives and other key brand activations that drive penetration and enhance the brand assets
  • Create breakthrough communications and maximise the effectiveness of a directly-owned marketing budget
  • Deliver media strategy via integrated communication process
  • Effectively manage external agencies in line with stretching business and brand deliverables
  • Manage key stakeholders/customers to co-develop in-market plans
  • Lead delivery of initiatives against key in-market performance and ROI metrics

Profile

  • Degree Qualified
  • Ideally 5+ years FMCG marketing working experience
