SNP Security is seeking a seasoned writer to join our growing Tenders team, conveniently based in our West Ryde Head Office. The successful candidate will enjoy independence and flexibility, being a valued contributor to a dynamite outfit responsible for growing our business and wowing potential clients by producing outstanding tender responses. This is an exciting opportunity to see your hard work make a real impact on the profitability and strategy of a market-leading organisation.
Key responsibilities:
- Developing the content and structure of tender responses according to bid requirements and SNP Security’s standard of excellence.
- Researching, writing and editing tender responses.
- Updating and maintaining the tender library.
- Liaising with an array of stakeholders to obtain relevant information for tender responses.
- Collaborating with experts across the business to co-ordinate exceptional proposals for a variety of clients and industries.
Demonstrable Skills and Experience:
- Writing in a professional context.
- Adaptable to writing in line with changing briefs and requirements.
- Interpret and apply technical concepts across industries.
- Finely-honed research and analytical skills.
- Determination to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
- Immaculate attention to detail and high capacity for information retention.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills
- Previous experience in writing bids and tender responses (or other professional documents), ideally in a service industry.
