A well renowned national brand with an appetite for change and technology are looking for a Campaign Specialist to join their growing team.

In this role you will be performing data extracts to implement automated, trigger-based campaigns through the marketing automation platform, while providing insights and guidance to help optimise the performance of marketing campaigns. 

This role is focused on mapping data decisioning rules and building effective campaigns in the marketing automation platform. You will be implementing measurement strategies that align with marketing and business objectives; producing meaningful reporting dashboards and delivering timely, cross-channel performance reports with actionable insights.  An environment focused in digitalization is the perfect environment for growth. This role is a 12 month fixed term. 
 
Qualifications/Skills required:

• Tertiary qualifications in related discipline
• 3+ years’ experience in developing campaigns within a complex Marketing Automation platform
• High level of experience working with analytical software; google analytics, adobe platform and sitecore experience desirable.
• Strong experience in database architecture, analysis and query
• Demonstrated ability to build effective data-driven campaigns to a provided brief
• Ability to provide SME consultation to the business in the area of data-driven campaigns
• Time management and organisational skills to balance multiple projects
• Highly numerate
• Strong IT, data and analytical capabilities
