What this opportunity involves:

JLL has an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Manager to take responsibility for the marketing and promotions of a shopping centre in Brisbane!

Reporting through to the Centre Manager, this is a fantastic role that would suit a creative and talented marketing professional who is looking to take the next step in their retail property marketing career!

Snapshot of the role:

• Assist Centre Manager with the growth of income and value of the centre
• Maximise sales potential of individual retailers & increase traffic flow throughout the centre
• Increase market share of the centre by ensuring that the centre is positioned in the market place to appeal to consumers and potential retailers alike
• Build relationships with all key stakeholders, from centre management staff to retailers, media to customers, and community organisations to local councils
• Prepare and implement annual budget, prepare media and adverting requirements and develop a community engagement plan
• Devlop, prepare and execute the annual marketing plan, calendar and budget

The successful applicant will be a target driven self-starter with superior communication, interpersonal and organisational skills, problem solving and solutions focused approach! Your ability to create collaborative, communicative and open relationships stakeholders and peers will be essential to the role! Marketing tertiary qualifications are sought, along with previous experience, ideally gained in a property retail environment. 

Team this with your strong listening skills, proactive attitude and working knowledge of both digital and social media platforms and you’ll be a star candidate!
