About the role:
Market Research Fieldwork Operations Team Leader and Timesheet Pay Processing position available for an individual with experience, or a strong desire to learn the management and processing of pays. This role will predominantly assist with the receipt, approval and finalisation of payroll on a daily basis. As an indication, shift timings will be 8:00 am – 2:00 pm daily, 4-5 shifts a week with workplace flexibilities, pending project requirements. This role includes dealing with pay queries and relaying details to payroll for further action. In addition, the role will include approval of time sheets against data and logistical information.
This role will involve the following responsibilities:
- Comparing shift information and data to time sheet information
- Follow up team member pay queries
- Coach team members on correct time sheet claim processes
- Ensure timesheets accurately reflect employees shifts
- Daily reports on payroll progress and all queries
Skills Required:
- Intermediate to Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- Strong ability to coach team members
- Possess well-developed problem solving capabilities
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise essential tasks
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Superior attention to detail
