As a Senior Fearless AF Digital Account Manager (SEO, PPC, AdWords, Facebook), you will be working directly with a portfolio of high-value clients, managing the communication of their SEO and pay-per-click campaigns (Google AdWords, Facebook Ads & YouTube Ads).

You will have a team of specialists who will build and manage the campaigns, allowing you to deep dive into analytics and examine the over-arching strategy. You will be the fearless guide, identifying missed opportunities and keeping your finger on the pulse to ensure our strategies are delivering the best possible ROI for our clients. You will communicate seamlessly with your portfolio, educating and managing expectations and ensuring an overall exceptional King Kong experience.

WARNING: this role is not for the faint-hearted. You must have a proven track record of managing high-value clients and be well-rounded in all digital channels. You will have a silver tongue, with the ability to turn any negative situation into a positive experience.

We are looking for a Senior Fearless AF Digital Account Manager (SEO, PPC, AdWords, Facebook) who can:

• Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of high-value online marketing clients, building a positive relationship as the representative for the company.
• Conduct strategy audits to identify further opportunities for your clients.
• Prepare monthly reports (with the super cool software we use) and make recommendations for ongoing improvements with the rest of the team.
• Analyse analytics to identify areas of opportunity and utilise conversion rate optimisation tactics (i.e. A/B, split-testing etc) to squeeze as much ROI as humanly possible out of each dollar spent.
• Educate clients on our SEO and PPC (Google AdWords, Facebook Ads & YouTube Ads) strategy and tactics.
• Think on their feet and act quickly.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience with the ability to turn a negative into a positive.

Requirements

• 3+ years agency experience in a similar role.
• Well rounded knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, PPC (Google AdWords, Facebook), Conversion Rate Optimisation and Growth Hacking.
• Excellent understanding of Google Analytics.
• Highly organised and process driven.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication.
• Exceptional customer service is KEY!
• Proactive problem-solver always looking for new ways to add value.
• Confident in setting and managing client expectations.
• Google Analytics and Google AdWords certified are a MUST.
• Confident in up-selling and retaining clients.
