About the client

The role
The Senior Manager - Design Lead will be a key member of the Research & Insights team!
This position will be responsible for combining insights and Human Centre Design research to products and services across the organisation. You will embed HCD principles across the business to ensure customer satisfaction and best in the business. You will assist/advise researchers and designers to work in a collaborative and consistent manor to shape customer experience!
You will have:
- Circa 10+ years' experience with a focus on design research from agency or client side
- Experience in Design research and Strategy - across disciplines within primary research, Quantitative data studies, Ideation, Ethnography, facilitation, ideation/experience strategy, Human computer interaction (HCI),
- Qualitative & Quantitative Research (Role is a tilt towards qual), including collection, analysis of research data, insight generation, synthesis, concept generation, prototyping and processing.
- Experience in embedding Human centred Design (HCD) principles across a business to ensure customer satisfaction (Coaching and mentoring teams/colleagues on relevant design methodologies)
- Ability to develop research plans and methodologies based on an understanding of various stakeholders/client goals (Also presenting these in a digestible manor)
- Excellent communicator and influencer
