Job Purpose:

  • Tracking where our clients are up to with our marketing program and responsible for them receiving the right information at the right point in time of their journey
  • Assist with event management for our local and international events
  • Assist our content team with content distribution across our social media platforms
  • To assist with our social and community management
  • To increase referrals from existing clients
  • Increase current client retention
  • Building fantastic relationships with our clients by providing outstanding customer service
  • Keeping our clients performing at their peak by having an excellent understanding of our services and training material and guiding our clients to the most appropriate training from our library of resources.
  • To ensure a smooth running of our marketing department by assisting our marketing team with execution of online marketing services.
  • You will provide our clients with updates when new products and services are available so that they can purchase additional products that will help them to achieve their goals.
  • You will have a constant pulse on where our clients are up to and be aware of what they need next and how it will be provided to them so that our company always maintains an excellent working relationship with our clients.

 

 

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Work with our marketing manager and consulting staff to determine which clients need touch points and then provide those touch points in a professional manner
  • Management of our support email so that clients receive the support that they need when they need it.
  • Ownership of our client journey and ensuring that tasks and touch points are executed as per our client CRM
  • Ownership and management of our CRM
  • Check in calls with our clients to ensure that they are on track and are excited about working with us
  • Client tracking management – responsible for determining where our clients are up to with their projects and then organizing the next touch point or phone check in based on this and reporting back to our marketing manager.
  • Customer service and community management – ensuring that all clients are receiving exceptional customer service and our community is upheld to the highest of standards.

Preferred skills and background

The role would also suit someone with experience as a high level PA, HR, Marketing, customer service background and who is looking for full time work with an exceptional, innovative, dynamic company.
