We're looking for a dynamic Digital Marketing Manager to lead a talented team for a leading NFP brand in Sydney. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies across performance channels to increase awareness for the NFP brand and drive engagement and acquisition.
Key responsibilities include:
- Drive strategy across EDM & social platforms, combined with other performance channels.
- Plan, implement, execute and track digital campaigns.
- Oversee a team that creates engaging journeys for supporters.
- Report to Senior stakeholders.
- Dual team leadership and technical responsibilities.
Experience & skill set we're after:
- Extensive experience across integrated digital marketing and social media strategies that drive acquisition, engagement and convert.
- Extensive experience across a wide range of performance marketing tools.
- Experience across Analytics & Attribution is essential.
- Experience with Marketo or Salesforce is advantageous.
- Strong organizational and team management skills.
