Your Money is an exciting new TV and digital media business formed by a groundbreaking partnership between Nine and Australian News Channel (Sky News). The 24-hour channel will broadcast and stream business news, real estate, luxury lifestyle and personal finance on a Nine free-to-air channel, Foxtel and multiple digital services, and be complemented by a digital presence across the yourmoney.com.au website and social platforms.

The Digital Marketing Manager will play a critical role in driving revenue and new customer acquisition across all media channels. They will be responsible for formulating and executing the growth marketing strategy, allowing for learning, optimization and driving profitable growth at a rapid pace.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a highly analytical, creative, and flexible growth mindset to play a critical role in the growth of a new media business..  

The Role:

• Direct report to Head of Digital
• Lead the digital marketing strategy, implementation, monitoring, optimization, testing and analysis
• Accountable for acquiring profitable users across all digital channels - managed & paid
• Create and scale efficient processes
• Ability to assess opportunities and make data-driven decisions resulting in tangible improvements in performance
• Develop robust test & learn plan, based on data & analytical insights, to improve performance throughout the conversion funnel

Essential Requirements:

• A proven track record of success in digital marketing, with a focus on customer acquisition and ROI
• Finance industry  experience and knowledge is desirable
• Managed large paid search budgets preferably in a fast-paced environment within financial services
• Strong analytical skill
• Deep knowledge of & hands-on experience managing key digital platforms
• Understanding of how marketing channels complement one another in order to run effective cross-channel marketing campaigns that drive the highest efficiencies
• Ability to multi-task, handle pressure and meet deadlines
