About the business
This business are a growing european fashion name, who are expanding their Australian head office team. They are searching for an experienced eCommerce and marketplace account manager, who can support their market growth and strategy plans.
About the role
This role will report into the Country Director and will be responsible for the following key responsibilities:
- Setup, link and streamline the businesses eCommerce platform
- Analyse and support the businesses brands through an effective eCommerce platform and relevant data analysis
- Create business plans for targeted brand growth
- Create strategic plan for brand mix and product sell through
- Identify key opportunities through data analysis
- Commercially and technically drive business performance
- Project management for brand and department launches
- CRM implementation and brand acquisition analysis

Skills and experience
In order to be successful for this role, you must have full working rights in Australia and demonstrate the following:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Technical and commercial business acumen
- Demonstrated knowledge of current retail market
- Extensive experience implementing, utilising and analysing relevant retail eCommerce platforms in relation to business performance
- Previous experience in retail product analysis
- Strong analytical and data capability
- Experience in a start up environment is preferred but not essential
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Collaborative and a team player
