SALARY RANGE: Casual HEW 4 rates (plus 9.5% superannuation)
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-time (36.75 hours per week) and casual
LOCATION: Melbourne Burwood Campus
ABOUT THE ROLE
The purpose of this position is to provide production assistance, administrative and project support to the Brand and Content team.
This will include:
- Providing financial and administrative support to the communication team ensuring effective and accurate reporting and budget tracking.
- Coordinating with Producers on the review and creation of creative assets for media, internal channels and other forms of marketing collateral relating to campaigns and other projects.
- Monitoring timelines and manage the distribution of assets to internal channel owners and external agencies.
- Assisting with the management of agile project communication processes and overarching project management as directed by the Producers.
ABOUT YOU
- Tertiary degree in marketing, or communications, or other related areas.
- Campaign, media and/or creative project management or combination of relevant experience
- Experience in managing and meeting deadlines within project plans.
- Proactive attitude and desire to learn.
