About the role
The Digital Marketing Analyst role will provide the data and insight that informs CCI’s marketing strategies and campaigns.

Your responsibilities cover the collection of digital marketing data, working to ensure the integrity of the information captured and, most importantly, turning it into actionable insights. On a day to day basis, you will enable targeted campaigns that facilitate the effective delivery of our various marketing messages across a variety of channels.  More broadly, your work will uncover what our target audiences are thinking, feeling, or doing during their interactions with us.

Key responsibilities
  • Set up and maintenance of our digital marketing data collection points.
  • Monitoring and evaluating digital marketing activities to ensure effectiveness and continuous improvement.
  • Analysing CRM data to show opportunities for campaigns and enable email automation.
  • Compiling reports and developing dashboard solutions that show actionable insights.
  • Reactive and proactive data maintenance to ensure the accuracy of the information collected.
  • Database segmentation for effective targeted marketing.
  • Developing testing strategies for activities to ensure ongoing optimisation and learning.
  • Political campaign experience would also be highly regarded, but not necessary.
About You
CCI is looking for a highly motivated and self-starting individual who is a creative problem-solver with an inquisitive mind. They also need to be passionate about informing CCI’s decisions through data insight and have the following qualities:
  • A head for numbers and solid quantitative analysis skills.
  • An interest and an understanding in digital media and channels.
  • Confident communicator.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well in a team environment.
  • Exceptional organisational skills including ability to prioritise tasks.
You will have
  • Demonstrated experience in digital marketing data capture and analysis across a variety of channels including (but not limited to) display, search, social, web and email.
  • Experience in the set up and maintenance of a digital marketing data ‘ecosystem’.
  • Experience working with data and targeting/segmentation principles (A/B testing, Multivariate testing, etc).
  • Experience in dashboard reporting and data segmentation.
  • Ability to make recommendations to optimise digital marketing tactics.
  • Solid experience with Google Analytics.
  • Working level SQL knowledge.
  • Understanding of (and a healthy curiosity about) new and innovative technologies in digital marketing space.
  • Experience working with Dynamics365 will be highly regarded.
  • Basic understanding of survey and questionnaire design will be well thought of.
  • Any additional HTML or technical skills in digital marketing and/or data segmentation will be highly regarded.
