We are a long established SA based Property Developer with significant operations in Adelaide CBD, key metropolitan suburbs and Melbourne, earning an exceptional reputation for success in the Retirement, Residential and Commercial Retail space.
The business is embarking on an exceptional growth phase and we are seeking someone with strong marketing experience to own the marketing function and drive the brand forward.
This role requires:

Ability to develop, plan, direct and implement company wide strategic marketing plans to achieve corporate objectives.

Develop and manage marketing campaigns with sales activities.

Develop marketing communications that align with overall company strategy and drive operational excellence.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal stakeholders and external customers at various levels.

Requirements of the role:
-
10+ years experience in senior marketing roles, experience within real estate would be advantageous.

A tertiary marketing qualification would be highly regarded.

Strategic thinker with strong interpersonal skills.

Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, in a dynamic and changing environment.

Strong analytical, financial and presentation skills.

Be computer savvy with experience across the Microsoft Office suite.

High proficiency in social media marketing.
