You are: driven and confident with ideally 1 – 2 years’ experience in a client facing digital marketing role looking to take on your own portfolio. You are highly organised, are able to work with tight deadlines, have exceptional attention to detail and verbal and written communications skills. You thrive on working in a team, problem-solving to get the best outcome for clients and deliver ROI.  You are passionate about creating content that brings real value to the audience and sparks engagement and interest, you think outside the box to continuously innovate and suggest new content ideas that stand out.

A fast-paced workplace, we work with property professionals to help them bring their brand’s story to life through content marketing initiatives like social media, blogging and email campaigns. Our focus is on helping you create a career and life you love and grow your skills in digital.

The Job: As the main point of contact for your portfolio of clients you will be responsible for maintaining solid client relationships. A key part of the role is creating social media content calendars as well as blog and email concepts for your clients that are in line with their overall strategy and strive towards their business goals. You will oversee the scheduling of client’s content ensuring quality is maintained to the highest standard and remains on brand. Responsible for project managing each client’s ongoing workflow, you will ensure the monthly schedule stays on track as well as adjust the schedule accordingly last minute as required. Working alongside our Digital Coordinators you will be a mentor for the team, passing on your knowledge and gaining knowledge in return.

Ideal Skills and Experience:

  • 1- 2 years’ in a client facing digital marketing role
  • Tertiary qualifications in marketing or business-related fields
  • Confidence and ability to oversee client accounts autonomously, share your opinions and deliver them professionally and eloquently
  • Facebook Ads - Google Adwords and Display would be a bonus
  • Wordpress, Adobe Creative Suite, social media scheduling programs and email marketing programs
  • Ability to write compelling and engaging copy
  • Ability to critique and provide feedback on graphic designs, video, email, website content and blogs
  • Strong desire to be at the forefront of changes to social media and digital platforms

A day in the life:

  • Creating monthly content calendars and coordinating email campaigns and newsletters
  • Overseeing and writing blog articles
  • Managing client WIP meetings
  • Presenting monthly reports and analyzing data for social media and web
  • Reviewing all social media, email and blog content before presenting it to the client
  • Project management and coordination of client workflow including delegation of tasks
  • Day-to-day liaison with clients over email and phone
  • Assisting Director with strategy sessions and onboarding new clients
  • Preparation for client meetings and updating meeting agendas
  • Management of Facebook Ad campaigns and creating campaign briefs
  • Driving improvement of business processes and updating and creating procedure documents
  • Sourcing imagery and content for social media
  • Production and scheduling of social media and digital marketing content
  • Assisting with management of intern intake, paperwork and interview process
