My client is a global SAAS company offering niche software to event organiser across a variety of industries such as Banking, Government, Education and Media to name a few. Due to recent success my client is looking to recruit a Project Manager to work across some seriously exciting projects!

About the role

• Attend client briefing meetings
• Take detailed client briefs to learn about their requirements
• Deliver a detailed brief to internal production teams
• Work with internal teams to deliver and create the project scope of work
• Present pricing and project timelines to the client
• Liaise with the client on costs, timelines and set clear expectations
• Manage internal project roles and resourcing requirements
• Be the main point of liaison between the client and internal stakeholders
• Regularly review the project and continually deliver progress reports

About you

• Strong Project Management experience
• Experience in the events industry
• Desire to work on digital projects
• Highly organised with a huge attention to detail
• Advanced client management and negotiation skills
• Ability to effectively manage timelines, deadlines, client expectations and budgets
• Ability to work under pressure and balance competing demands
• Excellent communication skills, written and oral
• Ability to create rapport and trust quickly
