We have an exciting opportunity for a savvy, professional and dedicated Sales-Marketing Administration Assistant to provide design and creative services to SAF Holland Australia’s in-house marketing department and support the Australian team.   You will work on a diverse range of sales and service related literature projects.  This role also requires a wide scope of work including corporate and marketing collateral, events materials, large format graphics, advertisements and related material.  Reporting to the Marketing Specialist you will be considered an integral part of the team for your ability to approach your day with a solutions based attitude, by bringing new ideas to the table, being proactive with high energy and showing a genuine desire to provide first class customer service throughout the business.

What you will do:

  • Coordinate requests for information from internal and external stakeholders and provide a professional first point of contact for all enquiries
  • Work with relevant departments to update current, and develop new literature resources using Indesign software
  • Be responsible for the maintenance of the Sales and Technical Literature Management Procedure in line with ISO9000 standards
  • Assist in the development and distribution of marketing and promotional material, including online campaigns and monitor event banner circulation
  • Monitor Literature and merchandise stock levels across all branches, replenishing as required
  • Coordinate and contribute to updating and creation of content on our website
  • Provide high level general administration support to the Sales & Marketing Department
  • Provide adhoc administrative & front desk support as required

You must have:

  • Skills in Adobe Indesign, Illustrator & Photoshop
  • High level knowledge of MS Office and Outlook
  • Strong working knowledge of graphics and design fundamentals
  • Experience managing a technical literature library
  • Ability to balance conflicting priorities and work to deadlines
  • High degree of professionalism with the ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Strong organizational, planning and decision making skills
  • A sense of urgency in your working approach and methods
  • The ability to build relationships within all levels of a business
