This is an entry level role that will suit a career focused person who is wanting to learn and implement strategies to drive greater awareness and engagement with the Great Commission in Africa.

Responsibilities include:

• Engaging current and new supporters in the Great Commission in Africa
• Gain major support for significant mission and development projects
• Build regular support and relationships with foundations
• Understanding the needs of the different supporter groups
• Strengthen and increase church relationships
• Deputations
• Managing cause related fundraising
• High service levels, caring culture and high fundraising standards 
• Ambassador development and care
• Communications aligned to theological framework
• Building volunteers base
• Fundraising and relationship plan

This position will suit the following person:
