About the role

The main purpose of the role is to partner with external retailers to develop, design and deliver retail marketing strategies that support both the retailers and the brand sales team to support the shopper journey.

• Partner with retailers to establish the twelve month marketing calendar to drive sales
• Act as a daily contact with external retailers and support the Senior Shopper Marketing Manager
• Manage ROI and post evaluation analysis measure effectiveness
• Communicate to all stakeholders planned and upcoming promotional activity
• Work with the group retail team to develop approved concepts for local market use
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement specific account promotions 
• Activation of all non digital touch points 
• Ensure communications are in line with the shopper journey

Skills and experience

• Degree in Marketing or Business  
• 4+ year's experience within Shopper Marketing/ Retail trade role
• Experience within FMCG or technology based industry
• Experience with managing projects
• Commercial acumen 
• Networking skills 
• Strong attention to detail and ability to present clearly, effectively and insightfully to key business stakeholders
